It all began with a single client back in 1993 (a Project Risk Management company) and the founder (Alan Harper Smith) specialised in developing strategic cost modelling tools and bespoke modelling using Microsoft Excel software, in particular using 2 products @risk and Crystal Ball. These tools were successful and Alan went on to assist on many global projects around the world which incorporated these tools.
Over time this led into providing training for companies in how to use the tools and as a result Alan is a certified Adult Trainer and is a member of the Chartered Institute of IT (formerly British Computer Society) and the Learning & Performance Institute.
The company then began supplying IT equipment, designing IT networks as well as providing training and over time it evolved into a full IT consultancy offering a wide range of services from designing corporate infrastructures, supplying and installing equipment to providing ongoing IT support to companies as they grow.
The company now has a wide client base ranging from private individuals to SMB companies, as well as supporting ICT for both state and private schools. Alan has also acted as non-executive IT Director for a number of companies.
The company works with a range of suppliers and partners to also provide solutions with ADSL, FTTC, telecoms, cabling/fibre, antivirus, internet/web design, hardware and software which enables us to offer a service that meets all IT business requirements.
